Working on my closet with Jenn was a dream! I knew I had to go through stuff but was overwhelmed every time I tried to do it myself. Jenn came in -- all energy and cheerfulness -- and all I had to do was sit and give the thumbs-up or thumbs-down. It was almost relaxing!
More than that, Jenn also manages to combine a can-do attitude with a sensitivity to personal attention. She's there to help with organization -- and to leave a system behind that's easy to follow -- but more than that, she is a kind and courteous person. I never felt like I was being judged for my "mess" and she wasn't there just to throw everything out. I have six children and a fairly small kitchen which was always a disaster. I tried organizing it myself several times but it never 'worked' and always ended up a big mess after the kids would empty the dishwasher. I sent pictures to Jennifer and she gave me a few tips on organizational products to buy to have on hand when she came. She involved the kids, had lots of energy and suggestions and as my 16 y/o daughter said, "she was really nice". When we were done I had a very organized kitchen AND pantry which was all labeled so we would be able to keep everything in it's place. It all makes so much sense that's it's easy keeping it organized now. She even made suggestions for another area of my house that was a big dumping ground on her way out the door and I was able to organize that myself the next day! It feels great to have it all done finally and I'm so glad I called her!! ~Laura M.
